experience and enjoyment of genuine Italian cuisine, come to Bianca's, on the
corner of South Chapman and Spring Garden Street.
Traditional favorites include Veal Marsala, Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Parmigiana,
Meat or Vegetable Lasagna, Veal Parmigiana, or Manicotti. Unique House specialties
are also found on Biancas' menu such as Veal Umido, Braciole, Grilled Fish Veronique,
and Italian Stuffed Pork Chops (this recipe was requested for Bon Appetit Magazine!).
Biancas' always updates its wine specials to complement the weekly menu.
If you enjoy good food, a relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff and most
and foremost, an elegant yet inexpensive evening, you've found Bianca's!
We've recently expanded our wine list to include our customers' requests for their favorite
wines. If your favorite wine is missing from our increased list, tell us!
Appetizers change weekly and include: Clams Posillipo, Asparagus Risotto, Triple Verde,
Canneloni Florentina, Creamy Tuscany Soup, and Ratatouille, as well as many others. Biancas'
desserts, such as Chocolate Amaretto Mousse Cake, Cinnamon Zabaglione, Chocolate Chip Cheesecake,
and Raspberry Sponge Cake, are exceptional and also change weekly.
"We've been to Biancas' several times & always had a delicious meal for a very decent price. With most main dishes, your meal includes: salad, appetizers, main dish, side of pasta & dessert. I have never been disappointed with any dish that I have tried.
Make sure to make a reservation! It's always packed."
